Justin Menard is the Executive Director of Computers for Schools Manitoba, where he leads initiatives focused on digital inclusion, youth skills development, and environmental responsibility through technology reuse. As a supporting member of North End Connect, he helped incubate and grow the not-for-profit, supporting community-led projects that build capacity and opportunity in Winnipeg’s North End.
