Vanessa has held multiple roles in academic research, including work in research labs across multiple institutes, before moving into research administration. She’s passionate about supporting innovation and talent development in Canadian research by creating equitable, inclusive frameworks and strategic initiatives. She’s excited to bring these experiences to her role with ISOC Manitoba.
